She is a seasoned PRO in her role as Master of Ceremonies. Lyn Gonzales a.k.a Sweet Nicole (her stage name as a deejay) , is very versatile and is capable to emcee a wide range of social and corporate events from formal to informal but in lively settings.
Having been graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, with Master’s Degree units in Communications, and an English major; DJ Sweet Nicole has gained the full knowledge on critical thinking, writing, and public speaking. Her experience in several managerial job roles in various companies, as well as her role as a Corporate Relations Director before, has afforded her great leadership and public speaking skills.
Because she possesses a great charisma, she worked as a professional radio disc jockey (DJ), for two and a half years. This experience has honed her ability to make others comfortable and at ease. Her pleasant and well-controlled warm voice and excellent pronunciation, as well as her well-rounded communication skills, make her shine in her role as an event emcee.
Further, her five years of experience as a College Instructor, has given her the ultimate power to set an enthusiastic tone in keeping the level of the crowd up and excited.She’s been an Elementary School Principal for three and a half years, which makes her adept in building relationships with people, especially with children. This also gives her an edge to connect with children easily.
For three years, she’s been an HR Officer that gives her the ability to read people properly and to know beyond words, what other people want to say. On one hand, being a Leadership and Personality Development Resource Speaker, Lyn (a.k.a. Sweet Nicole) greatly makes a consequential impact on the audience. Through this, she can easily guide the audience back to what they should be focusing on.
To date, she is one of the TESDA’s Accredited Trainers and Assessors on Event Management Services training program. This solid training and technical know-how, gives her the keen awareness to read the room ensuring that the event runs smoothly. Also, when the event is ahead of schedule, or there is some sort of delay, Lyn can easily fill time and keep the audience engaged. She is in full time emceeing now and has a great passion of doing voice overs.
